Return & Exchange Policy

1. Return Period:
You have up to 30 days from the date your order was shipped to initiate a return.
2. Defective Products:
We accept returns for defective products only. If you receive a defective item, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order to arrange for a return.
3. Customized and Personalized Products:
Products that have been customized, personalized, printed, embroidered, or altered in any way are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. The only exception is when the product presents a manufacturing defect or quality-related issue. In such cases, the item must be submitted for review by our Quality Control team. Any return, exchange, replacement, or refund will be subject to the outcome of this evaluation and approved at our sole discretion.
4. Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange an item, please reach out to our customer service team. Exchanges will be processed based on product availability and in accordance with the policy outlined above.
5. Return Process:
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service at playmaker.slogistics@gmail.com. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.
6. Condition of Items:
Items must be returned in their original condition, including packaging, tags, and any accessories.
7. Payment Processing and Administration Fees:
Any payment processing fees, transaction fees, administrative charges, or non-refundable fees incurred at the time of purchase through credit card, debit card, PayPal, Shopify Payments, or any other electronic payment platform will be deducted from the total refund amount. Refunds will be issued only for the net amount received by the Company after such fees.
8. Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with returning items for a refund or exchange. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. For exchanges, customers are responsible for the cost of returning the original item as well as any shipping costs associated with sending the replacement item, unless otherwise approved by the Company due to a verified product defect or quality issue.
9. Refunds:
Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed. Approved refunds will be issued less any applicable payment processing, administrative, shipping, or other non-refundable fees as outlined in this policy.
